Check out our media below to see how we are involved in the community and photos of us helping out! We offer volunteer opportunities twice-a-month at First United Methodist Church — one of which we invited EMBARK, a campus club, to join us and for which we got more than 10 volunteers at due to our collaboration. We also often pair up with Porchlight, Inc, to support their efforts in aiding those struggling with homeless in Madison. We are have also partnered with Hoofers Ambassadors in the past to put on their All Out! event, which is a free weekend intended for UW students with minimal experience in the outdoors or who face barriers to accessing the outdoors to connect with nature, build outdoor recreational knowledge, and meet other students with similar interests.

Housing Equity volunteers (above) work at the First United Methodist Church every other Saturday morning from 9-12 p.m. Volunteers put together groceries for those who are in need of food and deliver straight to their cars in order to adhere with social distancing and COVID-19 guidelines.
Due to COVID-19, all intern and action team leader meetings are held over Zoom.
