Alberto Santiago Ferreiras

Alberto Santiago Ferreiras (he/they) serves as the Program Coordinator for First Generation Initiatives for the Office of Inclusion Education. They identify as a Queer Dominican Immigrant from New York City. A Posse Alumn, they graduated from UW-Madison with a bachelors in Information Science and a certificate in digital studies. During his time at UW he interned at the Gender and Sexuality Campus Center where he found his passion for student affairs. They are committed to improving the system of higher education, so that students face fewer challenges and make higher education more accessible for all.
