Read more about our programs on our Required programs page.
Even though I wasn’t comfortable sharing all of my identities it [the workshop] made me more comfortable with myself and it showed that I am not alone, and that my residence hall is more diverse than it may seem at first glance.

Leadership retreat
The leadership retreat helps students explore their personal stories and experiences in relation to their peers and build skills to be a positive member of our community. The retreat is held annually on campus.
By participating in the retreat, students:
- Identify their own multiple intersecting identities and experiences.
- Explain how their identities and experiences influence their understanding of leadership.
- Demonstrate an understanding of their role in interrupting bias and prejudice in themselves and their community, and their role in developing strategies to build positive communities.
Student support
First-generation students
Our office provides support for students whose parents didn’t attend a college or university.
Bias reporting
Bias reporting is through the Office of Compliance. The online reporting form is secure and confidential.
